Bansko Film Festival 22 – 26th November 2017
Bansko Film Festival is an international film festival paying homage to extreme sports, adventure and mountaineering worldwide. Over the five days the festival will show 120 films, 15 workshops and exhibitions as well as attracting large names from extreme sports from across Europe.
New Years Day Parade, Razlog 1 January 2018
The New Year’s Day Parade in Razlog is an experience to remember. Locals in traditional dress parade and dance around the main square in Razlog, in order to ward off evil spirits for the forthcoming year. Groups dressed in fur costumes, the Kukeri, create an unusual spectacle.

Come and experience the largest summer music event in Bulgaria. The International Jazz Festival in Bansko attracts specialists and fans worldwide to join together to enjoy a week of free jazz concerts across the old town. The programme aims to feature a variety of jazz styles and trends to provide something for every Jazz lover.
Bansko Operafest 24th – 26th August 2018
Held over the last weekend in August Bansko’s Operafest is set to cumulate in a free evening outdoor performance on a stage in the main square. Seating and programs are also provided free of charge.
